Assisting In Bankruptcy Law in the Jupiter, West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens Communities
When you have spent 35 years watching what gets businesses into financial trouble, you learn a thing or two about what it takes to make a business successful. Should you operate as an LLC or a corporation or other form of business? What would happen to my business interests if I die? How do insulate my business from its creditors? I want to know everything there is to know about you, your goals, and your fears, and I want to help you bring first hand experience to the business of structuring businesses. If you or your business is in trouble, you may want to consider bankruptcy or Chapter 11. If you are starting a business, or looking to restore the financial health of your existing business, I hope you will give me a call. Let’s talk about your problems.
Sometimes, though, things do not work out like we had hoped. Life has a way of dealing you blows, often when you least expect it or can least deal with it. That is when my 35 years of experience with the bankruptcy system might come in handy. If you, your home or your business is experiencing financial distress, I have spent decades helping consumers, businesses, and farmers find the right solution. Sometimes that solution involves a bankruptcy filing, but sometimes an answer to your debt pressures does not involve the evil B-word. I want to help you understand all the options.

My Practice in the Future
Financial Distress Counseling and Alternatives to Bankruptcy
As my practice has evolved, I have gained hours and hours of experience in the realm of trust formation, estate planning, and asset protection planning. My exposure to these realms seemed to evolve from clients who wanted me to protect what they had worked so hard to accumulate. They feared both creditors and the grim reaper. They wondered if there were ways to control the future, where anything could happen. I spent a lot of time thinking about that for them, and it seemed that much of what I learned as a bankruptcy lawyer in Palm Beach County and a business lawyer was useful; it provided tools in my efforts to provide hope to these clients.
